On order: name (if provided), email address, IP address, selected plan, payment metadata (full credit card details are processed exclusively by our payment provider). Site usage also generates anonymised analytics data.
3. Purpose of processing
We process your data to fulfil the contract (delivering the service), for billing, for support communications, and to statistically analyse site usage.
4. Sharing with third parties
Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to fulfil the contract (payment provider, email delivery) or required by law.
5. Retention
Contract data is retained for the duration of the contract and for legally mandated retention periods (typically 10 years). Analytics data is deleted after a maximum of 14 months.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and obtain a portable copy of your personal data. Send requests by email.
